All,
I am heading up a cook to feed up to 500 folks for Scott and Amanda Nix who lost their 18 year old son on April 15th. The funeral is this Saturday April 22nd. I need your help, and in various ways.
1: We need food or money donations or contacts of those who could help. I am looking at serving pulled pork sliders, beans, pasta salad, and coleslaw for up to 500 folks. Still working on the grocery list but the big section of this is 225 pounds of pork butts.
2: Volunteers to help cook and feed the masses this Saturday in Milliken CO. We will likely be serving at about noon.
Please help if you can! Scott and Amanda are great people and stepped up to the plate to feed the masses during the 2013 floods here in Colorado. Time for us to step up and help them in their time of need.
